
Students Help Local Businesses Succeed: Bradley Senior Consulting Project
Bradley University’s Illinois Small Business Development Center (ISBDC) is accepting applications from local businesses that would like to participate in a faculty-led, student-run Senior Consulting Project for the Fall 2019 semester. If a business needs help in the areas of marketing strategy, feasibility study, strategic growth plan, or launching a new product or service, the Senior Consulting Projects Program is a great option them.
Below are examples of past projects:
- Business plan for a new venture or product
- Marketing plan and associated financials for a new product or service
- Study evaluating the feasibility of establishing a business or new location
- Strategic analysis of how to combat reduced market share from competitive entry
- Reorganization plan following massive corporate downsizing
- Short and long term business plan
- Analysis of emerging technology
- Business plan to guide the development & implementation of a new strategic business unit
- A plan for the development & implementation of a direct marketing customer database
- Development of a strategic, financial, and information system for an existing small business
- A plan analyzing the feasibility and implementation issues of an advanced engineering training program

To be considered for the Fall 2019 Semester (August 28 – December 11), you must submit your application by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 2.
